Serve Night
One thing we value at Terwillegar Youth is this: we’re not just here to be served — we’re here to serve others. That’s why this week, we’re heading out into the community for Serve Night! An evening focused on blessing our neighbors through practical acts of kindness.
We’ll be heading out in teams into the streets beside the Terwillegar Campus to rake leaves, bag them up, and help clean up lawns before winter hits. This kind of simple help can mean a lot — especially for those who aren’t able to manage it on their own. Each group will have a leader and be equally separated so that everyone can participate.
Here’s what you need to know:
Time: We’ll gather first for a quick kickoff and instructions, then serve for about an hour
What to Bring:
- A rake (if you’ve got one — we’ll have a few extras!)
- A good pair of work gloves
- Dress for the weather — it could be chilly so please don’t come in just a T-shirt
Waiver is needed! - You can either do this through the link attached or in the parking lot at drop-off
Why we’re doing this:
Serve Night is more than just a chore — it’s a chance to live out our faith, show love to our neighbors, and grow together as a team. Let’s step out, serve well, and represent Jesus in a real and practical way.
We can’t wait to serve with you!
See you there!
